Microsoft Dynamics Journeys

Dynamics 365 Customer Insights

Microsoft Dynamics Journeys has four areas: Real-time Journeys, Events Planning, Training, and Settings.

Training contains Microsoft documentation about Journeys and Insights.

Events Planning is exactly what the name suggests: you configure your event planning, such as calendar, locations, speakers, vendors, and other event-related information. It’s very interesting because you can manage the entire event. You also manage check-ins and event registrations. So, in Events Planning, you have the management and the participants.

Real-time Journeys is the area for journeys, channels like emails and forms, and actions such as segments and triggers. Real-time Journeys has many features to engage your audience, and Analytics helps you understand the data.

Settings is the area for configurations, such as domains, new settings, and enabling new features. You also configure compliance in the Settings area.
